Our Services
Intrastat Reporting
We offer comprehensive Intrastat reporting service, designed to take full control from the initial data to the processing and submitting the Intrastat report in full compliance of the regulations.
Regulatory compliance: We have over 30 years of experience working with various industries. At the heart of the Intrastat Report is the correct tariff code. We can define the correct tariff code to your products and our experience helps us also to identify is something is missing, incomplete or in any other way raises questions – because if we notice something is odd, so will the Customs
Process automation: We have created a fully automated process with several of our customers, enabling these customers to forget the burden of Intrastat Reporting entirely. With us, our customers can focus on what they do best

CBAM compliance for both import (EU) and manufacturer (non-EU)
Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism, CBAM, is an EU wide legislation that will impact most companies importing certain goods from outside the European Union.
Regulatory compliance: Although the CBAM legislation becomes effective 1.1.2026, all companies that are importing CBAM products must already submit a quarterly CBAM report to national authorities. We have been following closely the development of the CBAM regulation, and we are already submitting the CBAM report to national authorities on behalf of our clients
Data collection and support for non-EU manufacturers. CBAM puts a lot of emphasis on the manufacturer and its ability to gather relevant data to provide the necessary information (e.g. carbon emission) to their business partners in the EU
Verification of the CBAM data quality. The regulation also requires the EU importer to be able to verify the quality of data, including the source, when requested by the national authorities. We can help you to verify the quality of the data your non-EU manufacturer is providing to you.
Consulting
Although we focus on regulatory compliance specifically for Intrastat and CBAM reporting, we are also advising our clients on various other Customs related issues. Different products can have specific national regulations attached to them, such as additional taxes and other duties, including expanded reporting requirements. Tobacco and alcohol are good examples, but also sugar products, certain packaging materials etc. can have additional requirements too. We help our clients in collecting the data and ensuring the correct values are reported to the authorities.
